We perform a complete thermal drying process to eliminate residual humidity. We avoid odors and contamination, leaving the cups ready for repacking and reuse.
We receive, classify and sanitize your stock with quality control at every stage, leaving your glasses ready for the next event.
We operate washing centers in strategic locations in Spain, covering the entire Iberian Peninsula. Each plant is designed in an A-B-C flow to maximize efficiency and safety: Zone A (counting and separation), Zone B (certified sanitization in state-of-the-art tunnels) and Zone C (repacking and storage).
This sectorization avoids crossings and contaminations, speeds up times and allows us to work large volumes with constant quality. In addition, we have our own storage to keep your stock between events.
In this area, all glasses and cups are received after the event. An initial visual classification, counting of recovered units and separation of models is performed to ensure traceability. This first step is key to control the performance of the system, detect losses and prepare the batches for the washing process.
We receive all used glasses, separated by type of event or client.
We verify the number of units and detect possible losses.
Damaged cups are removed and sent directly to recycling processes, without generating unnecessary waste.
All the deep cleaning technology is concentrated in this area. It is the heart of the process, where each unit goes through a certified protocol that ensures that the glasses are free of any residue and ready to be used again, as if they were new.
We remove visible debris and empty liquids. We rinse under pressure and prepare the glasses for the intensive cycle, reducing dirt and optimizing the washing process.
We use high-capacity, temperature-controlled Hobart tunnels and food-grade approved detergents. We guarantee a deep and uniform cleaning in each cycle.
We perform a complete thermal drying process to eliminate residual humidity. We avoid odors and contamination, leaving the cups ready for repacking and reuse.
Cups that do not meet the quality test for odor, color, shape or cleanliness will be discarded and subsequently recycled.
Each batch of cups undergoes rigorous quality control, including specific tests to detect possible alterations in odor, color, shape and the presence of microorganisms.
This test ensures the absence of microorganisms in each batch processed and certifies that the professional batch washer is kept free of microorganisms every 30,000 cups.
Last stop of the tour. The cleaned cups are checked, organized and securely packed. This area ensures that you will receive your order complete, mapped and in perfect condition for the next event.
New count to ensure stock on hand and last quality test (smell, color, appearance)
Each clean glass is stored in new, secure boxes, ready for transport.
We store all your stock in optimal conditions to protect your glasses and leave them ready for your next events.
