Pre-event

We work with you to design the entire operation of the reusable system, from start to finish:

We define the products: type of cup, quantity, size, color and design.

We design the usage system: deposit, return method, location of cups and return boxes.

We coordinate with your production team: delivery points, collection points and return areas.

We close the key logistics: dates, times and location of delivery and collection.

During the Event

We take care of the entire operation at your event to ensure that everything works without friction:

We brief the bar managers on how the ENCORE system works.

We install the counting boxes of used cups at each bar.

We supervise bar by bar throughout the event.

We assist in resolving any operational setbacks.

We manage the stock to maintain fluidity in space, stock and access.

We palletize the used cups in the back office of the bars.

We perform daily counts of cups.

Post-event

We close the operation ensuring that your stock is sanitized, organized, and ready for reuse:

At the end of each day, we collect the used cups and recount them.

We sanitize the cups with a complete process of pre-washing, washing, drying, and quality control.

We discard the cups that do not pass the quality review.

We pack the cups in new boxes.

We store your complete stock until the next event.

We deliver a report with data on usage, reuse, and waste avoided.
